Dr. McNeal’s passion for animals started at an early age and he has pursued that passion ever since. He graduated from Westmoore High School in 1990 and continued his education at Oklahoma City Community College where he earned his Associates in Science in 1991. He then went on to obtain his Bachelor's in Zoology from OSU in 1993 and his DVM from OSU College of Veterinary Medicine in 1998.

As the owner of Ranchwood Veterinary Hospital since 2005, he has been able to develop strong relationships with not only his patients, but their owners as well. When he’s not treating animals, he loves spending time with his family. He has three beautiful children and his cat Fiji who keep him busy and bring him so much joy. One of his hobbies outside of veterinary medicine is birdwatching and cultivating bonsai trees.
